While our phlebotomists are trained professionals, Collaborative Diagnostics, LLC. cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the test results obtained through our services. We advise all users to consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or test results.
Limitation of Liability
